Der neue Landesentwicklungsplan Nordrhein-Westfalen (LEP NRW) ist am 25.01.2017 veröffentlicht worden und am 08.02.2017 in Kraft getreten. Die Erfahrung in der Praxis und die in den letzten Jahren ergangene Rechtsprechung zeigen, dass teilweise ein erhebliche Unsicherheit im Umgang mit den Vorgaben der Landesplanung und Raumordnung besteht.

Das Seminar schafft Grundlagen für den Umgang mit den Zielen, Grundsätzen und sonstigen Erfordernissen der Raumordnung in der Bauleitplanung  und widmet sich den Möglichkeiten der Einflussnahme der Kommunen auf die Regionalplanung.
