Das Grundwebinar "Die Teilung von Grundstücken und Ihre Folgen" hat gezeigt, dass der Bedarf besteht, die Thematik anhand von konkreten Fallbeispielen zu vertiefen. Das Recht der Teilungen im Bauplanungsrecht und Bauordnungsrecht ist so komplex, dass ein Forum geschaffen wird, in dem komplexe Fallgestaltungen der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer vorgestellt, diskutiert und sodann gelöst werden. Auch der Referent stellt Beispiele aus seiner vielfältigen Praxis vor.

Ziel des Workshops ist vornehmlich, dass die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer eigene Fälle vorstellen können, damit diese sodann in gemeinsamer Arbeit erörtert werden. Jeder Fall wird sodann einer rechtssicheren Lösung zugeführt, die auch praxistauglich ist.
