Die Erfahrungen in der Praxis zeigen, dass teilweise in dem Umgang mit Bebauungsplänen und den Vorhaben in § 34 BauGB zur Zulässigkeit von Vorhaben im unbeplanten Innenbereich erhebliche Unsicherheiten bestehen. Im Rahmen des Seminars werden die bauplanungsrechtlichen Vorgaben zur Zulässigkeit von Vorhaben im Geltungsbereich von Bebauungsplänen und im unbebauten Innenbereich nach § 34 Bau GB systematisch dargestellt und anhand von Fällen aus der Praxis sowie aktueller Rechtsprechung veranschaulicht.
